Refund policy
At Open Sign Co., we want you to love your sign. If for any reason you experience an issue, please review the guidelines below:
1. Returns

Standard Products: Signs from our standard product line may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and undamaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
To start a return, please email us at hello@opensignco.com. -
Custom Products: Since each custom neon sign is made to order, returns and refunds are not available for custom designs. All custom orders are final once placed.
2. Refunds

Damaged Goods: If your sign arrives damaged, you qualify for a free replacement. Please notify the delivery agent immediately and contact us within 24 hours at hello@opensignco.com, including photos or video of both the packaging and the product. You will not be required to return the damaged sign.

Inspection & Notification: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any defects, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, the order will be considered accepted as delivered and free from damage.

Refund Process: Once a returned item (eligible standard product) is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please include the reason for your return—your feedback helps us improve.
3. Exchanges

Defective Items: Exchanges are available only for defective items. If you believe your product is defective, please contact our support team at hello@opensignco.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free exchange.

Custom & Limited Edition Products: Custom and limited-edition neon signs cannot be exchanged unless they arrive defective.
